Kelly's FPF Final

Skill related fitness is the ability to perform successfully during games and sports. Skill related fitness has six components:agility,balance,coordination,power,speed,and reaction time.While health-related fitness on the other hand is physical fitness primarily associated with disease prevention and functional health. Health related fitness has five components: cardiovascular fitness, body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. For my exercise 'The Dumbbell Kickback' we will be focusing on the following skill related fitness: agility because you have to be able to move your arm in a steady motion while keeping the rest of you in a certain position. Balance cause you have to keep half of your body still. Power cause you have to use a certain amount of power for your arm to move in a stable position. All of these are important because we do it on a regular basis for our everyday life, we just don't notice it.
For my exercise I will focus mainly on power, because Dumbbell Kicking requires a lot power and especially on your arm. It focuses mainly on the back of the upper arm and your muscle triceps. The area that the Dumbbell Kicking mainly focuses on for the health related fitness is muscular strength and muscular endurance.
This two components are important because for muscular strength all the force must go to your arm in order for it to move at the speed or a certain pace that you would want. Also for muscular endurance because you have to be able to move your arm for a long time without getting tired right away.
During the summer I will continue this exercise along with some other one. I will play volleyball,swimming,walking,and jogging. All these activities are involved in cardiovascular fitness,flexibility,muscular strength,and muscular endurance.
